trans dude just trying to figure stuff out

I’m Raf and I was born in the Philippines, where I grew up in the chaotically busy city of Makati. After moving to Canada at 25 years old and making a home for myself in Vancouver, I fumbled through life’s twists and turns for two years before stumbling into the realization that I am a trans man.

As an immigrant, I’ve had the opportunity to see the stark difference between life inside and outside of North America. I’m working towards eventually being able to give back and give more to the country I was born in, and to other countries that sorely lack the medical, social and legal resources necessary for many people in the LGBTQ+ community.

My goal is to build a place where resources and stories can be exchanged, a platform where I can share my thoughts and advice with a touch of humor and a community that encourages love and acceptance.

My channel where I share resources as well as my own insights and experiences around transitioning in Canada, living life and figuring stuff out.

My Instagram where I share content about how I navigate life, improve myself and connect with people.

A hub for resources about gender-affirming care; advice on transitioning on a social, medical or legal level; documentation of my transition and a collection of my thoughts on how the sectors of race, immigration, art and queerness intersect within my life.

The instagram account where I post my art.

My twitter account, mostly where I blurt out some of the dumbest and most chaotic things I’ve said or done.

The tiktok account where I post shorter, usually more comedic content and excerpts from my youtube videos.
